Shadman Rahman completed his studies at the University of Ottawa in 2020 and obtained a bachelor’s degree with great distinction in civil engineering, specializing in structures and geotechnics. Before joining the CEP team, Shadman worked in project management, where he was part of various notable projects such as the Department of National Defence headquarters’ fit up in Kanata and, most recently, the Centre Block Parliament Rehabilitation project during which he oversaw the interior heritage masonry demolition.
As a forensic investigator in civil engineering, Shadman carries out investigations on disaster sites and prepares forensic expert reports to identify the cause of damage and determine its extent.
