No Day is the Same

After sixteen years with CEP, there are still no typical days for Carly. Between fieldwork, examining evidence, information review, research, code review, discussing findings and other related items with clients, and writing reports, Carly always finds time to expand her training and knowledge. She works in the property group investigating property losses, including structural, vehicle and equipment fires, water losses from residential plumbing or fire sprinkler systems, and specializes in those large loss files with mounds of information to review.

Puzzle Solver Extraordinaire

Carly loves solving problems, putting all the pieces together and helping clients figure out what happened. Giving them a clear and concise explanation of her findings makes her day. Carly also likes the nature of our work and enjoys working alone or with other engineers to provide the best service possible to our clients, and help each other grow as professionals. She tends to be on the quieter side, but everyone knows they can always count on her to listen and point them in the right direction.

And because life is more than work…

Carly likes how CEP finds ways to lighten the load by hosting various group activities like lunch hour trivia games, scavenger hunts, contests, and the annual camping trip. For years, Carly has run the company softball team, took part on the curling team, and has been known to put her extensive dance experience to use in many Christmas contests.

She also has a love of travel, camping, and spending time with her family playing board games.
