Charly Massaad

GENERAL INFORMATION

Charly Massaad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering and a Master of Applied Science from the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining CEP, Charly worked in consulting engineering, evaluating existing structures and designing new ones. He performed numerical modelling and finite element analyses for bridge structures. Charly has also worked as a construction site technical assistant, where he performed supervisory duties, reviewed construction methods, performed site quality inspections, and identified areas of non-compliance and defects to be corrected.

EXPERTISE

As a forensic civil engineer, Charly carries out on-site accident investigations and prepares forensic reports to determine the cause and extent of damage.
