Charly Massaad

GENERAL INFORMATION

Charly Massaad obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering specializing in structural engineering as well as a Master of Applied Science from the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining CEP, Charly worked in counsulting engineering (bridge engineering) evaluating existing structures and designing new ones. He conducted numerical modelling and finite element analyses for bridge structures. Charly also worked as a technical assistant for a construction site, where he fulfilled surveillance duties, reviewed construction methods, did site quality inspections and identified non-conformities and defects to be corrected.

EXPERTISE

As a forensic engineer in civil engineering, Charly carries out on-site accident investigations and prepares forensic reports to identify the cause of the damage and determine its extent.
