GENERAL INFORMATION
Claude Lefrançois is both the Customer Relations Manager for the province of Quebec and a forensic investigator.
EXPERTISE
As a forensic investigator, Claude carries out on-site accident investigations and prepares expert reports. During his years of experience as a forensic consultant, he also conducted laboratory tests and simulations to verify hypotheses on the nature and cause of accidents.
He has carried out over 3,500 investigations and has been recognized as an expert witness in numerous court cases.
