GENERAL INFORMATION
Dale joined the Collision team at CEP Toronto in August 2025. He obtained his Automobile Technician Certification (310S) in 2000 and further obtained his Truck and Coach Technician Certification (310T) and Powered Lift Truck Certification (282E) in 2016. Before joining the CEP Collision team, Mr. Horsley worked as a Forensic Mechanic.
EXPERTISE
As a Forensic Mechanic with CEP, Dale investigates motor vehicle collisions and mechanical issues involving automobiles, heavy vehicles and lift trucks. He conducts vehicle inspections and site examinations, with a particular emphasis on the condition of vehicles and the maintenance work carried out on them. Dale has extensive experience analyzing lift truck operation and failure in industrial settings.
