GENERAL INFORMATION
Devin graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Applied Science specializing in civil engineering. Upon completion, Devin began working in consulting engineering with a focus on the investigation and restoration of existing structures. Devin has worked on historical buildings to review their compliance with past and current building codes.
EXPERTISE
As a forensic investigator in civil and structural engineering, Devin conducts investigations and prepares expert reports to determine the root cause of failures. He can also prepare drawings and specifications, as well as review construction work for general conformance with these documents, restoring the structure to its original design loads.
