GENERAL INFORMATION
François-Olivier Charron joined the CEP Forensic team in April 2022. He studied at Polytechnique Montréal, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2015. Before joining CEP, he worked for a consulting engineering firm specializing in building mechanics. His experience in design, project and site monitoring has enabled him to acquire excellent skills, particularly with HAVC systems, piping networks and energy production equipment within the framework of major institutional projects.
EXPERTISE
As a forensic engineer at CEP, François-Olivier analyzes failures, malfunctions, and noncompliance of mechanical systems. He validates his hypotheses by studying codes and applicable standards before preparing expert reports.
