GENERAL INFORMATION
Frank joined CEP in 2025, bringing extensive experience in the determination of the origin and cause of fires and explosions, as well as in fire and life safety. He is a Certified Fire Prevention officer, a member of National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI), and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI).
EXPERTISE
As a Fire Investigator, Frank conducts on-site investigations and prepares expert reports related to structure and vehicle fires. He determines the origin and cause of fires by carrying out fire pattern analysis and fire dynamics assessments.
In addition to his fire investigation experience, Frank considers each incident in light of his knowledge of codes and standards, and his 30 years of experience in the fire service, including over 15 years of experience in fire prevention and public education.
