GENERAL INFORMATION
Jean-Philippe obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture from Laval University, in Québec, in 2007. He worked for eight years for architectural firms on commercial, residential, and institutional projects. During those years, he ensured compliance with applicable regulations, provided technical assistance for plans and specifications, and carried out site inspections.
Prior to joining CEP, Jean-Philippe worked for 10 years in the field of forensic expertise, on cases related either to the building envelope or to compliance with applicable regulations — codes and standards.
EXPERTISE
As an architect and forensic investigator, Jean-Philippe conducts investigations at loss sites and prepares expert reports to identify the cause of damage, primarily in the context of litigated cases.
