GENERAL INFORMATION
Lu-Yanne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa (UO) in 2023, where she was recognized with multiple academic excellence awards and named to the Dean’s Honour List. She also holds a technical diploma in Architecture from Collège Montmorency in Laval, obtained in 2019.
During her university studies, Lu-Yanne worked as an architectural technologist. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, she worked in consulting engineering, first as a designer of urban infrastructure and then as an assistant project manager on large-scale urban infrastructure projects for the City of Montreal.Her combined experiences as a technologist, designer, and in project management have given her valuable expertise in the fields of construction and public infrastructure.
EXPERTISE
As a forensic investigator in civil engineering, Lu-Yanne conducts on-site investigations of incidents and prepares expert reports to identify the cause and extent of damage.
