GENERAL INFORMATION
Marc-André Bédard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from École Polytechnique Montréal, where he earned a mention of academic excellence. He joined CEP’s civil engineering team in August 2019, at the Montreal office. Marc-André worked for four years as an assistant and geotechnical project manager on the Turcot interchange infrastructure project in Montreal, where he was assigned to study various construction issues, ensure the protection of existing structures as well as conduct geotechnical studies for the construction of structures and temporary installations. He has also devoted himself to various geotechnical projects in various sectors of activity such as port facilities, wind farms, roads, engineering structures, buildings, slope stability and various construction issues.
In addition, his past experience as a construction technician and intern has allowed him to gain valuable experience in the field of public infrastructure.
EXPERTISE
As a forensic engineer in civil engineering, Marc-André carries out on-site accident investigations and prepares forensic reports to identify the cause of the damage and determine its extent.
