Nicolas Cunningham

GENERAL INFORMATION

Nicolas Cunningham joined CEP in May 2023. He has extensive experience in materials engineering, corrosion, materials testing and research and development. His experience extends more specifically to oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining, pulp and papers, water/wastewater, electricity and energy. Nicolas has experience in the development of innovative materials and processes, the selection of materials, field failure analysis, emergency repairs and the overhaul of large existing industrial equipment. He is familiar with the various electrochemical and thermomechanical tests and assessed the reliability of materials and products using accelerated life testing. Nicolas is also an expert in the field of welding of complex steel alloys and materials with high temperature used in highly regulated industries.

EXPERTISE

As a forensic materials engineer, Mr. Nicolas Cunningham carries out on-site and laboratory investigations and prepares expert reports. As of today, he has performed numerous investigations and has been recognized as an expert witness in courts worldwide.
