GENERAL INFORMATION

Tyler Bellamy joined CEP’s structural and civil engineering team in 2024. Prior to his engineering career, Tyler started his professional journey as a carpenter and is recognized as a journeyman carpenter. With a strong background in reviewing buildings for construction and code compliance, Tyler previously managed trade operations for civil, structural, and mechanical engineering projects, notably overseeing the expansion of Pier D at the Vancouver International Airport and coordinating large-scale institutional projects in Alberta.

 

EXPERTISE

As a forensic investigator, Tyler specializes in investigating structures damaged in various types of incidents, including structural failures, construction issues, fire damage, and code compliance and constructability issues. He also prepares expert technical reports to be used for insurance claims management and/or litigation.
