As the pandemic continues to evolve, the personnel at CEP Forensic are committed to keeping our staff, our clients and our communities safe and healthy.
At this time, our offices will continue to operate while respecting the local government and health authorities’ suggestions and complying with applicable guidelines as they become available.
Where possible we encourage all employees to work from home. This is in an effort to reduce the hazards associated with working in close proximity to others.
Understanding that our engineers often need to attend sites, some of which are people’s homes and workplaces, we have instituted the following guidelines:
- We will make calls to site contacts before attending a loss location and ensure it is safe in regards to this specific threat;
- We will enforce social distancing such as not shaking hands, not touching surfaces unless it is strictly necessary and respecting interaction distances;
- We will increase the use of PPE while attending all sites. This may include, but is not limited to, respirators and gloves;
- We will limit travels. This means we will make arrangements to attend sites based on the best practices at the time and will be doing what we can to ensure our staff attends in a timely and efficient manner;
CEP Forensic will continue to actively monitor this pandemic and respond accordingly. In these challenging and evolving times, we wish to thank all of our employees for their understanding and reassure them of our commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
