Dear customers and partners,

Updated April 2, 2020 –  We’d like to take a moment to inform you that our operations in all Canadian provinces are being maintained. We have been deemed an essential service in Ontario, as of March 24th, in Quebec on the 25th, BC on the 26th, and in Alberta on the 27th. As for the other provinces, we are closely monitoring the situation and will adjust accordingly if necessary. For now, we are continuing to service our clients in the safest possible way, ensuring both the health of our clients and our staff.

However, it goes without saying that we will continue to follow all the instructions issued by regional health and governmental authorities, and that we will remain on the lookout for new developments. As for our non-priority activities, they will be maintained at a minimum level of operations.

In this exceptional situation, we wish to reaffirm our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate.

The vast majority of our team is now working from home and when our experts have to attend sites, the same rigorous measures mentioned in our previous press release are applied.

  • We will make calls to site contacts before attending a loss location;
  • We will enforce social distancing;
  • We will increase the use of PPE;
  • We will limit travel;
  • We will monitor new developments and react in the best interests of all.

CEP Forensic will continue to actively monitor this pandemic and respond accordingly. In these challenging and evolving times, we wish to thank all of our customers and partners for their understanding, and we assure you of our commitment to take the steps necessary to keep us all healthy.
