CEP is pleased to announce the relocation of one of our Quebec City experts to the beautiful Bas-Saint-Laurent region. Based in Rimouski, our forensic engineer Richard-Alexandre Tremblay will be able to cover fire and explosion files as well as electrical losses throughout the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie regions.

CEP has always had a customer-focused approach and wants to maintain a strong presence on the ground to build relationships based on trust. Proximity is at the heart of this approach!

Since June 1, 2023, we will be happy to continue serving all our clients in the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie regions by offering them the physical presence of an expert.

In addition to saving on mileage costs, you can count on a quick on-site response!

Richard Alexandre TremblayFormer medical technician in the Canadian Armed Forces, Richard-Alexandre returned to school to study electrical engineering. He graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2018 and moved back to Quebec to work in the railway industry as a project manager and systems engineer.

Since joining CEP’s Quebec office in 2021, Richard-Alexandre carries out on-site investigations to determine the origin and cause of fires and explosions. He specializes in electrical-related cases, such as structure fires, product failures and power equipment breakdowns.
